I booked this hotel for my father and he was glad about it, he likes the location and the simplicity of the hotel. he's from davao actually and a balikbayan thats why he like to stay for awhile in san pedro area just to visit some places he loves.

Simple, but providing in all needs—plus lovely staff
The location is amazing, the staff super lovely and kind. There are options for breakfast, drinks, and there’s an elevator. The beds are comfortable and have cotton sheets (not synthetic like most hotels). Also, there’s a desk with a chair. The room is spacious (I booked the single budget room).
My room had a thin door adjacent to the next room. I could hear the neighbouring person. I had booked a budget room, so maybe therefore. because everything else was amazing, this was minor.
